This video deals with training your strikes targeted upon your partner for distance and precision. Whether progressive or regressive, you must control your strikes well for both personal learning and partner safety.
The Basic Strikes may be made from arbitrary angles. For training we only use eight (8) specific angles, which allows us to train the principles for strikes from every thinkable angle, while keeping things simple. The movement of a given strike may be easy to understand, but it takes perpetual training to perform that strike really well.
