1-1 Game: Alternating attacks and counters

This game exercises mental flexibility. Partners attack and defend in an endless flow. Attention: Before you try this, you should have trained the simple displacements and counters from every angle extensively.

Your aim when doing this game is to eleminate the breaks between defense and counter where you try to think of a good counter. Going slow but fluent is the key to achieve this. Speed will come by itself with time.
